Texture

I've been purposefully looking for interesting textures of late, as texture is 1/3 of the spell involved a piece of fiber art becoming magic, in my opinion. The other 2/3s are evenly distributed amongst color and shape.

These two are from designs for my in-progress knitwear pattern collection (the reason for my many prolonged blog silences of late, and the inspiration for this texture project):
